Getting copies of your statements: You can download statements from November 2023 onward via the MyCard app or MyCard Online. For earlier statements, you can request them through chat with us in MyCard Online. Only the accountholder can view or request statements.

- Log into your MyCard App or MyCard Online.
- Click on Redeem MyCard Reward Points to open the MyCard Rewards Portal.
- On the top navigation bar select Points Transfer.
- Select your preferred transfer partner from the available list.
- Follow the prompts to initiate your Points transfer.

No. Points transfer requests cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once your Points are transferred, the Points may not be converted or transferred back to your MyCard Rewards.
Once the Points have been transferred, they will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable loyalty program which you have nominated. Please contact the participating loyalty program directly for further information or a copy of their terms and conditions.

There is no limit to the number of times you can transfer your MyCard Reward Points to a loyalty program, provided your Account is in good standing (for example, your Account is not in default, suspended or closed).
It may take up to 28 business days for the MyCard Reward Points to be posted to the loyalty program.
MyCard Reward Points will be deducted immediately from your MyCard Reward Points balance.
