Our products are issued by NAB under NAB’s banking license however they are unique to the MyCard brand. This means we operate independently to NAB branded products, and your accounts are managed and serviced digitally through the dedicated MyCard Online Servicing channels. This includes the MyCard App and MyCard Online with chat and phone servicing options also available – we don’t offer in-branch services.
