Making payments to your account: You can find details on how to make payments to your account here. Your new BPAY reference number is in your MyCard statement, but payments using your previous BPAY details will still be applied to your account.
Getting copies of your statements: You can download statements from November 2023 onward via the MyCard app or MyCard Online. For earlier statements, you can request them through chat with us in MyCard Online. Only the accountholder can view or request statements.

How to redeem Giftcards
Instructions for the MyCard App or MyCard Online
- Log into your MyCard App or MyCard Online.
- Click on Redeem MyCard Reward Points to open MyCard Rewards Portal.
- On the top navigation bar select Giftcards.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear, transferring you to the Giftcard store. Select Confirm.
- Select your preferred merchant from the available list and follow the prompts to redeem your Giftcard.
Please note: Successfully redeemed Giftcards will be available in your Giftcard wallet under your profile section.

FAQs
Giftcards will be sent directly to your registered email address.
For Giftcard redemptions, it will only be sent to your registered email address. If you wish for us to send it to a different email address that is not registered, then you must update your email address with your preferred one via MyCard Online or the MyCard App or by contacting us.
Your Giftcard will be delivered within two hours to your registered email address. You can also view purchased Giftcards in your Giftcard wallet under the profile section.
All redemptions are final and may not be cancelled or returned.
