How it works
Instructions for the MyCard App and MyCard Online
- Make an eligible purchase using your MyCard Rewards, Premier, Prestige, Platinum or Classic Plus credit card.
- Log into your MyCard App or MyCard Online.
- Click on Redeem MyCard Reward Points to open MyCard Rewards Portal.
- On the top navigation bar select Pay with Points.
- You will see Redeem button against the list of transactions eligible for Pay with Points.
- Click the Redeem button next to the transaction you want.
- Confirmation pop-up will appear, check all the transaction details, and select Confirm.
Note: You will get credit back within 5 business days.

You may use your Points to pay for eligible transactions that we present to you via Online Servicing or any other method we make available to you. Only selected transactions that you have made and that we present to you can be redeemed using Pay with Points. Please check the MyCard Rewards Terms & Conditions for more details.
Only Primary Cardholders can redeem MyCard Rewards Points using Pay with Points. Please note: Customers who are enrolled in the MyCard Qantas Rewards Program will not be eligible for Pay with Points.
