How to change your contact details
Keeping your contact details up-to-date makes it easier for us to keep in touch and help keep your accounts and profile secure. We will also need your current address if we need to send you a new or replacement card.
You can update your address and contact details via the MyCard App on your preferred device or MyCard Online through a web browser via the following steps.

- Tap More.
- Tap My details under the Profile settings section.
- Review and update your contact details.

How to change your name
If you need to change your name, you will need complete the Change of Name form (PDF, 204KB), opens in new window and take it to a participating Australia Post outlet with your ID and supporting documents for processing.

To appoint a Power of Attorney or authorise another person to manage your MyCard account on your behalf, contact us.
This authority will remain in place until you tell us otherwise.
