Steps to change your PIN 

Instructions for mobile devices

  1. Log in to the MyCard App.
  2. Tap Manage.
  3. Tap Change your PIN.
  4. Enter your new four-digit PIN.
  5. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.
  6. Your PIN has now been changed.
  7. Please note: for security purposes any Additional Cardholder will need to set their own PIN.

Instructions for web browsers

  1. Login to MyCard Online.
  2. Tap Manage.
  3. Tap Change your PIN.
  4. Enter your new four-digit PIN.
  5. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.
  6. Your PIN has now been changed.
