Making payments to your account: You can find details on how to make payments to your account here. Your new BPAY reference number is in your MyCard statement, but payments using your previous BPAY details will still be applied to your account.
Getting copies of your statements: You can download statements from November 2023 onward via the MyCard app or MyCard Online. For earlier statements, you can request them through chat with us in MyCard Online. Only the accountholder can view or request statements.

Important things to note about your credit limit
You can only request to decrease your credit limit. Credit limit increases are not available at this time.
How to decrease your credit limit
Follow these steps to request a decrease to your credit card limit via the MyCard App or MyCard Online.
- Log in to the MyCard App or MyCard Online
- Select Account Details
- Select Change credit limit
- Follow the prompts to select your new credit limit (decrease only)

- MyCard Prestige: $20,000 – $100,000
- MyCard Prestige Qantas: $20,000 – $100,000
- MyCard Premier: $10,000 – $100,000
- MyCard Premier Qantas: $10,000 – $100,000
- MyCard Rewards, Clear and Simplicity: $2,000 – $100,000
- MyCard Plus: $2,000 – $7,500
- MyCard Standard: $2,000 – $20,000
- MyCard Platinum: $6,000 – $100,000
- MyCard Platinum Qantas: $6,000 – $100,000
MyCard Ready Credit
- Minimum limit amount: $5000
- Maximum limit amount: $75,000

Decreasing your credit limit
You can request to decrease your credit limit using the MyCard App or MyCard Online. Please note, for credit limit decreases, you can't go any lower than your current outstanding balance or the minimum credit limit applicable to your MyCard.
