Set up your MyCard account

Once you have received your new card, follow these instructions to set up your account.

  1. Download and open the MyCard App
  2. Review the Privacy Notice and MyCard App Online Terms of Use and select I agree
  3. Tap Login
  4. Log in using the MyCard User ID that has been sent to you, and the password that you created during your card application
  5. You’ll be guided to set up your device, including passcode and/or biometrics if you prefer to use it when logging in.
  1. Go to the MyCard website
  2. Click Login
  3. Log in using the MyCard User ID that has been sent to you, and the password that you created during your card application.

Please note: make sure you have your credit card and mobile phone on hand as we may send you an SMS as part of the set-up process. Learn how to reset your password if you've forgotten it.
