Getting copies of your statements: You can download statements from November 2023 onward via the MyCard app or MyCard Online. For earlier statements, you can request them through chat with us in MyCard Online. Only the accountholder can view or request statements.​​

The following MyCard products include complimentary extended warranty insurance. Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, MyCard cardholders must charge the entire purchase price of the covered item to the accountholder’s card account.

Only items with a manufacturer’s unique identification serial number on them and a manufacturer’s warranty period are covered under this insurance.

How extended warranty periods apply

  • A 6-month manufacturer’s warranty period is extended for an additional 6 months.

  • A 12-month manufacturer’s warranty period is extended for an additional 12 months.

  • A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty period is extended for an additional 12 months.

If the manufacturer’s warranty period is over 5 years, there is no additional extended warranty period.

What is covered?

You are covered for the purchase price charged to the card account limited to $10,000 per covered item up to a maximum total limit of $40,000 per card account in any 12-month period.
